Your nutrition and exercise plans will be custom tailored to your breast-feeding needs, as well as your body goals. We’ll take into account your delivery experience, as well as your habits before becoming pregnant and during your pregnancy. Coaching in regards to a healthy body image and acceptance of a new body will also be provided throughout your post baby journey.
