2 Cups dry rolled oats
1 cup natural peanut butter
2/3 cup organic honey
Ground Flax (several tablespoons)
Optional: protein powder, raisins, mini chocolate chips, shredded coconut
In a bowl, combine 2 cups of DRY rolled oats, 1 cup nut butter of choice, 4-7 tbsp. ground flax (add more or less to make easy to roll, 2/3 cup honey. Moisten hands to be able to roll into balls. You can add in mini chocolate chips, dried fruit and/or coconut flakes for more oomph! Keep in freezer or refrigerator.
