Batter is 4 egg whites, ½- full scoop of vanilla protein powder, 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce, generous amount of cinnamon and a tsp. or two of vanilla extract. Batter will be runny with some lumps! Mix and prepare like normal pancakes, using coconut oil in the pan.
